• Find out how to obtain contraception.

• Learn more about accessing abortion care.

• Support funding abortion.

• Seek funding for maternal health and birth care. 
  

IMMIGRATION 

• Know your rights and what to do if immigration agents come to your home.

• Make an emergency plan utilizing your friends and neighbors that can be used if you are detained.

• Understand what to do if immigration agents approach you in your community or in your home. 

• If you witness immigration agents making an arrest, you may take notes and ask for badge information, but do not interfere in the arrest.
  

LQBTQIA2S+ SUPPORT

• Head to GLAD for info on relationship protection, health care access, family protection, document gathering, and more.

• Utilize Trans Lifeline for peer support and crises via their hotline.

• Utilize Call Blackline for peer support and crises management through a Black, LGBTQ, and Black Femme lens.
  

COMMUNITY CARE

• Stay up to date on your vaccinations. 

• Consider banking with a local credit union. 

• Look for health, housing, and food resources in your area.

• Get a library card.

• Go to a local community meeting.

• Support your city’s mutual aid funds.

• Connect with your neighbors.

TAKE ACTION

• Know who represents you at the state and federal levels.

• Register to vote for the next election.

• Become a poll worker.
